A Not So Sober Justice

Alice Robie Resnick, a state Supreme Court Justice was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence after several motorists called to report an erratic driver on an interstate.


Resnick failed field sobriety tests and had her driver's license automatically suspended because she refused to take a blood-alcohol content test. Resnick has been a justice since 1989 and is the court's only Democrat.


Yes, we know it can happen in the best of political parties. But it just seems as though the Democrats have more than their fair share.
